Our spacious second floor condo boasts modern and sleek furnishings throughout, providing a comfortable and stylish ambiance for your stay. The living room features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV perfect for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials to fulfill your cooking and entertaining needs. The first master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and personal balcony offering breathtaking views of the lush greenery of the resort style community. The second master bedroom also features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, perfect for accommodating families or groups. The second bathroom also includes a shower and tub for added convenience. Take a walk to the pool, hot tub and gym which is just steps away from your front door. Spending a day at the beach is easy with Canova Beach public beach access just a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. You'll have a front row seat to catch a spectacular rocket launch from the beautiful beaches of the Space Coast.

Summary: First time renting in Melbourne and first time staying in condo. Both experiences for us were excellent. Location is close to beach and you truly can walk there. Several restaurants close and walkable. Condo is small but more than adaquate. Nice size bedrooms with walkin closets. Very quiet building area. Nice walking around apartments and condos. The property managers were extremely responsive to any requests. Pickleball at Jimmy Moore park is close also. Great time for us!!
