Wonderful updated luxury 3 BR flat with easy walk out to pool. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with brand new furniture. Very near shops and restaurants in Coligny. New Town of Hilton Head Celebration Park is only a short walk. Bike paths are close. King master bedroom with en suite full bath. Master has smart flat screen. Guest room has king bed with full en suite bath too. Third guest room has two bunk beds with two double beds and two twins. Living room has fold out couch with large smart flat screen. Granite counters in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Walk out to the pool and easy access to bike paths. Close to Coligny and new Celebration Town park. Beach is about 10 minute walk or short bike ride. First floor location makes the condo very easy to get in and out. Condo sleeps eight comfortably. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.
Coligny shopping center is five minutes away with over 60 shops and restaurants. You can walk to Wild Wing Cafe, Plantation Deli, New York City Pizza and several bars including the Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jims at Sea Crest. What a great location for a family vacation. Miles of beautiful beaches are just minutes away.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 118 miles of bike paths, 17 miles of beaches, over 200 restaurants and over 250 shops for a wonderful family vacation. You can bike ride, go fishing, dining, golfing, shopping or relax by the pool. You can spend the entire day on the beach getting tan or go jet skiing at Harbourtown. Summary: Everyone was very happy with the facility. Neat, clean, spacious. In a good area, which we havent spent as much time in as other plantations (Palmetto, Shipyard, Folly Fields)Surprised how hugely busy the beach was and felt that getting to the beach was not as """short and easyas expected.
