Bedroom: King size bed with premium linens, dresser, nightstands with usb chargers and reading lamps,smart TV, closet, AC unit, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom: Remodeled walk in shower, toilet, and single vanity sink with storage.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped freshly remodeled kitchen, dining table, TV with cable, sofa(not a sofa sleeper), 2 sitting chairs, and a small ottoman. Washer/dryer in the unit and we supply pods and fabric sheets. Beach gear is available for your use in the closet on lanai. NO AC in living room(only in bedroom) but we do have a ceiling fan and the unit shaded most the day with a little breeze.
Lanai: Dining table and closet for beach gear(chairs, umbrella, cooler).

Literally cross the street and end up at Kamaole III Beach Park, a local and tourist favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and lounging. You can also walk to the Kihei boat ramp where there is a small beach and a sea turtle nesting area. Please respect our Honu and keep a safe distance.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected.
