Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, which has a queen bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath, a TV, and a foosball table.

This two-story home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 6 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. VHR21-0240
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills ok).
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
LOCATION
Drive 2 minutes to the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, or venture 6 minutes to a wide array of restaurants and shops at the Y. Head 5 minutes to Meyers to discover more tasty eateries or to go snowmobiling.
For ski enthusiasts, the slopes at Heavenly are 13 minutes from home. In warmer months, spend blissful days at nearby Pope Beach and Kiva Beach.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
