Chateau Claire #31 is a fully updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath ground floor, end unit located in the heart of Dillon. Central to all that Summit County has to offer. Extra windows fill the condo with light. Sleeps 6. Updated in a clean, modern style. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, island, and stainless appliances. Flatscreen and wood burning fireplace in living area with sectional. Free Wifi and cable. Tall dining table seats 4. Small back patio and lawn area. Condo is just across from Town Park with playground, walking paths, pickleball/tennis courts, basketball, bocce and beautiful grass field. A very easy walk to the Dillon Amphitheater concerts, lakefront rec path and the Dillon Marina. Near restaurants, coffeehouse, brewpub, bowling and parks. The Friday Farmers Market from June to September with artisan and produce booths, street food and live entertainment is literally just across the street. Phone operated washer and dryer located in the basement of the building and accessed by the middle stairwell. Surface parking for 2 vehicles by permit only.

In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper, 20 minutes to Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rentals, Silverthorne Outlets and shops. Walk to the Lake Dillon Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon open from Jan-Mar.
In the summer, walk to Dillon Marina for SUP, kayak and boat rentals. An easy walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June to September. Near the Summit County bike/rec path which connects all resorts and towns with 55 miles of trails. The free Summit Stage shuttle service is just across the street and provides transit to all towns and resorts. The unit is directly across from Dillon Town Park with playground, pickelball/tennis courts, bocce, basketball, walking paths and multi-use field.
