Nestled within our peaceful community, this townhouse is also just a leisurely walk or bicycle ride from Coligny Plaza where there is a grocery store, a convenience store, a bakery, beach shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. High speed wireless internet throughout the townhome.

The spacious living room includes a TV, DVD player and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a private bath. The kitchen is completely stocked with a full complement of dishes, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, disposal, blender, and much more. You can choose to eat casually, on bar stools, or more formally in the dining room. A washer and dryer is conveniently located near the master bedroom.

Summary: Beautiful property and nice updates! The only thing left to update are the showers! The back patio slider needs attention. It sticks and the screen just plain doesn’t slide! The king bed mattress is hard as a rock! I had to sleep in the sofa. Was going to use the pullout but couldn’t find any sheets!!!
