Super nice and updated villa! This unit is in an ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! It is just STEPS from the pool! NEW PAINT throughout, brand new sleeper sofa in living room, brand new kitchen table with 4 chairs and new comfy side chair in living room, newer back-splash tile, new ceiling fans. This condo has an updated bathroom and kitchen, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Queen bed in bedroom and there is lots of storage, there are 2 bunk beds, a couch that makes into a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, heating and air unit as well as window air conditioner in bedroom, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday. This condo also comes with 4 NEW beach chairs so you don't have to haul yours! This condo also comes with 2 BEACH CRUISERS!!
This condo is just minutes away from Coligny Plaza and the wonderful shops and restaurants! There are grocery stores, gas stations and liquor stores. Many specialty shops, live music and bike or walking paths are everywhere!
