This is a very peaceful residential community, some of the HOA members live on site and they require a lease approval before guests are permitted to stay.
This is what makes this place so special, that they maintain the quality and security for everyone. We have personally stayed here and feel like this is truly a hidden paradise, this is located in a nestled in setting that makes this community unique, private, and quite.
This feels exactly like what vacationing in Florida used to feel like, peaceful, quite, friendly, relaxing with plenty of activities on site and within a couple miles.
Applicants must complete a lease approval application at least 30 days before staying, for the full application details you are welcome to send me a message and I will include everything that is required on the form, the info includes, but is not limited to: Current address, previous residence address, drivers license number and scan of drivers license.
You will also be agreeing to abide by the rules of the property stated in application.
All first time renters are required to have a background screening when submitting an application, the HOA is responsible for overseeing the background check through mysmartmove website.
