Welcome to "Beach Glass" by TrayJay Properties LLC, an updated, beach-inspired home nestled in at the end of a quiet dead-end street downtown Saugatuck. We also have on-site parking.
This spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home will accommodate 4 comfortably. Whether you are doing a small friend getaway or family getaway, this will be all you need! The layout and open floor plan takes advantage of the natural light and private views as well as allows for easy entertaining and relaxing.
The living area features comfortable seating for 4 and a 50" TV with internet and free WIFI. Linens, pillows, and bedding will be provided as well as towels. There is a cozy dining area that can be used for meals, playing games or putting together puzzles or school or office work. There is also a center island that can seat up to 4 people.
We have set up a special coffee and drink bar area in the kitchen that has an ice bucket, beverage shaker, wine & margarita glassware and a complimentary bottle of white wine along with a Keurig Duo so that you can enjoy a single cup of coffee or a carafe of coffee with others. We will provide some k-cup and ground coffee options to get you started but please bring your favorite selections. We have a tea pot as well.
Our newly remodeled kitchen comes with all new appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and mini chopper. The cupboards are fully equipped with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, cookware, bakeware, mixing & serving bowls, platters, and all utensils for your cooking needs. We also have provided dishes, drinkware, and serving pieces for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. Basic spices, olive oil, cooking oil & spray, storage bags, aluminum foil, paper towel, and napkins will also be provided for your convenience.
A great night's sleep is our goal for each guest so our master bedroom has a BRAND NEW Tuft and Needle King size mattress with high-end linens, pillows, and bedding. The room comes with a 50 inch TV with wireless internet and free WIFI. There is a large closet with a dresser, 2 luggage racks, floor fan, small safe, and fabric clothes hangers. High-end linens and towels are provided.
Our second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds equipped with BRAND NEW Tuft and Needle mattresses. We provide high-end linens, pillows, and bedding for both along with towels. There is a large closet that provides a dresser, 2 luggage racks, floor fan and fabric clothes hangers. This room also has a 32 inch TV with wireless internet with free WIFI.
The newly updated retro-style bathroom comes with a magnifying mirror, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up remover wipes, make-up wash clothes, Kleenex, toilet paper, and bathmat.
The home includes a full-size stackable washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and the mudroom area has extra storage for beach towels, gear, shoes, and coats. We do provide beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach bags, and assorted beach toys & games for your use during your stay. We do ask that you please leave them when you depart for the next guests to enjoy!
Our Private back patio area will seasonally feature a stainless steel grill w/grilling utensils, large 8' picnic table & benches, and a sitting area with outdoor string lighting. We also have a 4' corn hole game for some outdoor fun!!
We have a keyless entry for your safety and convenience and we have parking in the driveway for 1-2 vehicles (depending on size). There is free parking across the street as well. ****Be sure to let us know how many and the size of vehicles you will be bringing so that we can do our best to accommodate them.
The Saugatuck Center for the Arts and downtown is one block from our location. We have put together a very detailed binder that will provide you with information for all of the restaurants, bars, shops, activities, rentals, tours, and events going on in the Saugatuck/Douglas Area.

For the safety of all of our guests, we have incorporated a strict cleaning protocol in which we disinfect every surface in the home with 99.99% cleaning products. We have purchased a Germ Guardian machine which uses UV light to kill disease-causing bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms. The ultraviolet filtration disinfects the air and ALL surfaces. This unit is safe for everyone and can be run 24-7. We will provide Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer for you to use during your stay. We want you to be able to relax and stay safe!
