This spacious 1595 square foot vacation condo is right on the beach with a huge 288 square foot balcony that is open to the south and west. The balcony, living room and master bedroom are oceanfront with nightly sunsets guaranteed. This is a very open plan condo. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have great views off the balcony. The master is beachfront with it's own private access to the balcony. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa, so everyone is sure to get a good nights sleep! The unit features tropical decor with red accents with that "Welcome To The Beach" feel! New carpet updates the bedroom floors while the rest of the unit boasts tile floors. There are NEW LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV'S IN LIVING ROOM AND GUEST BEDROOM FOR YOUR VIEWING ENJOYMENT! The kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas right out to the Gulf of Mexico. So, you are still able to enjoy the view and watch TV while you prepare the family meal in the large kitchen and not be isolated from the rest of your family.
