You can also walk the Prom to the center of town, where Seaside’s shopping, dining and amusements will engage the whole family. After a day of beach exploration make sure to stop by the newly added outside shower. You’ll be glad to retreat to this spacious, contemporary home with fantastic ocean views over gently sloping dunes.
The living room, bathed in ocean light, boasts modern furniture, hardwood floors, a rustic stone fireplace and a large flat-screen smart TV. The dining room has an area that can seat 12 and adjoins a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The three main-level bedrooms sleep seven and share a full and half bath that have been recently remodeled. For added privacy, the lower level has a sitting room with a flat screen TV, fully remodeled bath, and two bedrooms only accessible through an outside entrance.
An unfinished garage with a ping pong table with plenty of storage for any beach toys you want to bring during your stay. The upper back deck has both a gas and charcoal barbeque. An outdoor shower is located on the southside of the house.
