The house sits on a beautifully landscaped, oversized corner lot, one block directly across from the public beach access at one of the widest, most beautiful beach locations on the island. All 4 bedrooms offer beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, and every window in the house provides a natural water view. The interior has been professionally decorated and remodeled with brand new bedroom furniture, top of the line large flat panel televisions and 150 Mbps fiber optic high speed internet broadband. One adult bicycle and two sit-on-top kayaks are also included.
TIKI THEMED POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT AREA - WHERE EVERYDAY'S AN OIB LUAU!
The pool area was designed to be the ultimate entertainment area. The 12 X 24 fiberglass salt water pool is rectangular with side entry steps and hand rail, and features an underwater seating bench with two underwater multi-colored LED lights. The pool can be heated for an additional fee and is professionally maintained, located on the side of the house under the open sky, and the entire back and side yard has been fenced in to create an open, backyard play area with gorgeous canal views and ample shaded space under the house, perfect for relaxing outdoors, grilling, eating or playing games. The “under the house recreational/living area” features a covered sitting area with modern "L" shaped outdoor couch, coffee table, patio dining table with 6 chairs, enclosed outside hot and cold shower, outdoor gas grilling station with paver walkway, hammock and Bimini hook and ring toss game. Outside by the pool there are four chaise lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing under the stars, and (coming soon) outdoor lighting with string lights and spot lights on the gorgeous palm trees. The extra side yard is the perfect place for kids to play. The entire outdoor area serves as a second living area for guests of all ages to spread out, socialize, relax, play and enjoy. The home backs up to a concrete canal, offering ocean, canal and marsh views and has a large, stable boat dock with ramp, boat cleats and ladder. Having ocean, canal and marsh views all in one home is truly unique, and if you bring your jet ski or boat, the canal connects with the Intracoastal Waterway, or you might also enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding up and down the canals.

There is a laundry closet with large washing machine and dryer, two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, large 55" 4K flat panel television, ocean view and private balcony with two chairs, perfect for watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a murphy wall bed system that can easily be converted to twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, large 43" 4K flat panel television, ocean view and large palladium window.

The second floor features two bedrooms that are master suites with king beds and private bathrooms. Mrs. Stone is aware of my expectation for extremely deep cleans between guests and provided the following response in reference to her procedures:
“I value your guests and want you to know that I closely monitor the spread of COVID-19. Your guests need to be assured of my cleaning practices and not to be fearful of their scheduled vacation. I take proactive measures for the health and safety of your guests and myself by implementing additional sanitizing practices in the bathrooms, sanitizing handles and door knobs throughout the house, light switches, TV remotes, chairs, the refrigerator including the handle that opens the door, sliding glass doors, handles, handrails, just to name a few. Most of my cleaning products are Clorox based which readily eliminate existing germs from surfaces. I am very vigilant, so you can assure your guests the house is thoroughly cleaned.”
