Summary: Place was overall clean and steps from the beach with a nice view off the 2 balconies. The place was perfect for the 7 of us with plenty of room. They are updating the place slowly the kitchen was very function to cook meals. There were a few scratches on the floor and the kitchen counters were dinged up but again just cosmetic issues if that is something that bothers you. There also was only 5 towels so we had the group of 3 family members driving down the next day bring some towels from home. We could not get the TV remotes to work we even replaced the batteries but we could manually change the channels on the side of the TV. Thwre were beach toys 2 chairs an umbrella and 5 boogie boards in the closet to use which was a great suprise for the beach. We had to buy trash bags toliet paper paper towels and soap for the bathroom because there was not enough provided. However there are dishes silverware cups pots and pans in the cupboard making cooking a breeze. We also got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes it is a very basic elevator but the staff was able to get us out very quickly. Overall a great place and would definitely stay there again and recommend. If you want a clean place close to the beach for your group that is a great price stay here!
