The condo comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy in your home away from home including 3 HD TV's, WIFI and Cable included, gourmet kitchen with bar counter and separate dining area with the most panoramic view of the Sarasota Bay. Washer and dryer inside the unit, community grills, covered parking and full access to the endless amenities. Enjoy 2 swimming pools only a few steps away, fitness room, shuffle board, tennis and pickle board court as well as Marina access to the Sarasota Bay for kayaks/paddle boards. Guest can explore the beauty of the Key by visiting the beach just a short walk away, dine at many restaurants in the area and shopping at the famed St. Armands Circle or simply relax and unwind poolside at the community heated pool. While we are pet friendly, we do request breed approval and an application by tenant to the HOA prior to renting. Make your winter one for the books with a stay at our place. Minimum Rental: One Month required. Preference to 3-month renters due to high demand in the months of December through April.
