Features 2 bedrooms (Queen size Beds) and 2 full bathrooms and was completely refreshed in 2012 and again in 2021 with new flooring, fridge (ice maker) Showers updated in 2022/2023. Complete with full suite of linens and kitchen supplies. New dishwasher and induction stove (2024), 55 inch 4K TV with Apple TV and cozy outside patio for pre dinner cocktails or simply enjoying winding down after another great day in Palm Springs. Price includes phone, (long distance in US and Canada), Gig WiFi and A/C. Laundry facilities on a pay basis just a short walk from the unit in the complex.

Summary: Scot and Mark’s place is great! Comfortable and has everything you may need, just like being at home except with mountains and palm trees. Great communication- Scot was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and sheets (bath sheets not tiny towels!) Overall was fully supplied, with updated kitchen and it even has a robo vac! The location was within walking distance (30 min) to downtown and 8 minutes to groceries. We found the neighbours friendly and welcoming.The pool facilities were nice, the fruit trees and hummingbirds a bonus. It was great for 2 couples, but I wouldn’t recommend for a family with children as furniture and fixtures are more high end. Can’t wait to stay again!
