Dating back to 1930 but thoughtfully updated in the years since then, this home is in many ways a showcase of Hampton Beach. From this spot you can easily stroll to the ocean, local shops, great restaurants, the outdoor Sea Shell Stage, the casino, and Monday night movies on the beach.
The cottage itself is cozy and charming, greeting you after a day of swimming and boogie boarding with a sunny rear deck and a gas grill for afternoon barbecues.
