Our spacious five bed, three bath villa is set out over two floors and offers all the room you need to relax and enjoy your vacation, easily accommodating up to 11 guests + 1 baby. The flexible sleeping arrangements comprise of two king size, one queen, one twin (that can also be converted to a king) and one full+twin bunk bedrooms. The ground floor master can also accommodate the full size crib provided at your request. The open-plan living area allows you unwind in front of a 50” flat screen TV with 100's of cable channels. The air conditioned games room comes complete with a new slate bed pool table, air-hockey, wall-mounted TV with X-Box One, karaoke machine, wooden train table plus tennis racquets, fishing gear and a walk in closet with everything you need for baby and toddlers. The villa is beautifully located and enjoys an enviable lake front position with a much sought after south facing pool deck and spa, close to the dedicated fishing pier, beach and newly installed children’s play area. We provide year-round free pool-heat to maximise the time that you will want to spend in the pool or just relaxing in the spa. We are sure the memories you make here will be as happy as the ones we continue to make every time we visit Hibiscus-on-the-Lake! Lake Berkley Information: Lake Berkley is an upmarket resort that always boasts immaculately maintained grounds, a 24 hr manned security gate and a wealth of on-site amenities. The clubhouse features a gym, computer/internet area, swimming pool, jacuzzi and children's splash-pool all complimentary to guests. In addition, there are children's play areas, tennis and volleyball courts with a basketball hoop. Walking, jogging and cycling round the lake is very popular....understandable given the amazing number of restaurants on our doorstep! I'm informed it is a mile around....next time for sure!! Fishing in such a tranquil environment comes naturally to even the youngest of guests! The main lake which our villa faces on to, is a stocked 14 acre spring fed lake. We have Fishing rods and tackle for you to use but for the very keen fishers, a trip to the Super Wal-Mart close by, will have whatever you need to make sure your story isn't about the one that got away! Loved the pool and the view and the space around the house.
