Once you’ve arrive to this property, you are immediately greeted with the beautiful St. Charles Bay. The moment you step into the house, the open concept layout will bring the bay view right to you no matter where you choose to sit. The property is senior & kids friendly with NO STAIRS!!
The sparkling clear swimming pool and the shaded kids playground will call your name on a hot summer day. You can choose to swing in the hammock, relax in a lounge chair or float in the swimming pool. A nice outdoor bar with all your favorite drinks will enhance your day in paradise.
A newly built 450 ft private pier is just across the front yard for fishing, crabbing and dolphin watching. Fishing lights and cleaning station are provided for your convenience. Stairs at the T-head provides the easy in and out.
Family and friends can come together in the spacious kitchen/dinning/living areas which is around 1000 sq ft. There are plenty of seating options, including bar seating, a 10-seat dining table, a sofa table with stools and a plushy contemporary sectional set. A large TV with sound bar is conveniently located in the living room area for soft background music or a family movie night.
The center of the house contains a gourmet kitchen with plenty of granite countertop areas, stainless steel appliances, and gas cook-top.
