The elevator is present and usable, to access it you have to go up two flights of stairs.

Parking not included.

- blue stripes with parking meter ticket: payment on weekdays only (free on holidays), from 08:00 to 18:00, hourly rate € 1.50 or € 7.50 per day. Where: Via Irnerio, Via Malaguti (150 meters walk), Via Berlinguer (300 meters). Possibility of purchasing monthly blue stripes subscription from 50.00 euros to 70.00 euros.
- Quick Policlinico covered parking (5 minutes walk): daily 7/7 24h, max daily rate 18.00 euros, max hourly rate 2.50 euros.
- Astronolo Parking at Via Regnoli, 2 (850m on foot): from Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 7.00pm - closed Sunday and holidays, from November to March closed also on Saturdays.
- Parking VIII Agosto (1.1 km on foot): 24H and 7/7; From the 1st to the 3rd hour, for each hour or fraction € 2.60; From the 4th to the 6th hour, for each hour or part thereof € 2.00; From 7th to 8th hour, for each hour or part thereof ��� 1.30; 11th hour or fraction € 1.00; Maximum daily rate € 20.00 "
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.

Although we are located near the center, the area is very quiet and safe. A few steps away is the Sant'Orsola Hospital and the university area. In 10 minutes on foot you reach the Two Towers (Garisenda and degli Asinelli).
