You have access to great amenities such as 2 large heated resort swimming pools, 2 large resort hot tubs, modern fitness center, kiddie pool, game room, playground, sport courts, bbq area, walking/jogging trail along a lake. So much to do at the resort, you may not leave. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Night time entertainment a mile or 2 away, such as Top golf, Andretti Racing, Icon Park and all the great restaurants and activities on International Drive.
This clean and comfortable home is a great place a to relax at night.

All pets must be approved prior to booking as there are special cleaning protocol we do.
No Smoking inside Unit.

We ask that you remove your shoes upon entering.
Upon booking:
You will be asked to provide your email and phone number.
You will be asked to provide a valid ID.
You will be asked to provide an image of the credit card used for booking, showing your name and the last 4 digits of the card used.
You will be asked to sign a rental agreement and credit authorization form.
Baby cribs and playpens are an additional charge.
Early check in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check in/out.
PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party. No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest are allowed in the home. No visitors of any kind.
Please keep noise to a minimum and be mindful or neighbors.
NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home.
Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am.
If there is blood, makeup or other stains on our sheets, you will be invoiced for new replacement sheets.
DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity.

Pets must be declared at time of booking and approved. There is a pet fee. Any unclaimed pet is a $300 fee. We are in compliance with ADA and FHA. Just make sure you have the proper paperwork.
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21
Guest Count: For security reasons, the number of people sleeping at the home and their names must be declared in your reservation head count before arrival. We do not allow visitors at the homes. Each undeclared person at the home will result in $40/per person, per night charge. Please declare the accurate amount of people at the home
We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.
Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
dish soap
dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
laundry detergent
trash bags
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also house hold cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience
If any rules are broken then it is considered breach of contract the guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit and will be responsible for all damages and all additional cleaning fees.
