Positive: Nice studio. Excellent cost-benefit ratio. You won't find luxury, but it has what you need. 2 queen beds, a well equipped kitchen, space for luggage, balcony and bathroom. Wifi is good. The location is awesome and there are two nice pools in the condominium. Easy access by code keys and support by owner. I am more than satisfied.
Negative: The bathroom is ok, but it could be improved by modernization..The building could also be modernized. The corridors look dated.
Summary: Nice cost-benefit studio. Great location.
