Make yourself at home in the living area, featuring a 50” flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to the private balcony and sweeping Gulf views. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a chilled glass of wine at the dry bar, which comes equipped with two wine fridges. Parking notes: First-come-first-served parking is available for one car without a luggage rack inside the gate. Covered parking spots inside the gated complex are not guaranteed. Oversized trucks, SUVs, trailers, and boats may be parked in the lot across the street at the property manager’s discretion if space is available.
