The parking lot it’s huge and it’s sharing with the other villa we have there that 150ft from the house
there is backyard that belongs to the other villa and it's privet for the other villa ( not allowed to enter there)
Only the parking lot is sharing by both villas
the two villas are separate from each other, and they both have separate privet back yard
There is 6 security cameras outside

The Pool guy come twice in a week

Very quiet neighborhood and safety
