Casa Bina is a unique property with eight acres of beautiful landscaped gardens in a property of 80 acres. Set against a backdrop of gentle hills on the West Coast of Mexico fronting the Pacific Ocean, on one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches on the Pacific Coast, it was completed in 2002 by the renowned Mexican architect Enrique Zozaya. It is available for rent for parties of up to 18 guests. The open-structured hacienda features a main house with 4 ocean-front bedrooms, 3 with king size beds and one with 2 twin and 2 single beds arranged over 2 levels. The guest house has 3 oceanfront bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and one with 2 twin and 2 single beds, also arranged over 2 levels. All rooms have ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms and private terraces with hammocks. There is a spacious living and dining area under a breathtaking thatched palapa roof with 4 large, built-in organically shaped sofas, and a wooden deck which borders onto the infinity swimming pool. The pool is a three level extravaganza with a 33 m lap pool connected to the other two levels by slides. A fully equipped kitchen with ocean-view and barbecue facilities allows for full interaction with guests in the living area. The house is staffed by a caretaker who lives on the property with his family, 2 maids/cooks who come in daily, a gardener and a security watchman / carpenter. The property also offers a flood-lit tennis court. The Buena Vista coastal area is home to over 70 species of birds including parrots and pelicans which skim the waves daily. Dolphins can be spotted frequently and on winter mornings you can see migrating whales in the distance. The beach is a protected area for turtles who lay their eggs on the beach at night. If you are lucky, you might experience the release of newly hatched seaturtles into the ocean during your stay. Buena Vista is located in the state of Guerrero, 5 km south of Troncones and 25 minutes north of the twin resort of Ixtapa/Zihuatenejo and 30 minutes from Zihuatenejo International Airport.
