Head out to the backyard and enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, dine alfresco or keep warm by the wood-burning fire pit.
Have the whole house to yourself and your guests. House sleeps 5 with a king size bed in the primary bedroom, queen size bed in the secondary room and a twin size convertible bed in the sitting room. Enjoy cable tv or your favorite streaming channels on the Roku smart tv. Prep meals in an updated fully furnished galley kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee in the coffee bar.
Let your self in with keyless access. Code will be sent the day of check in. You will have access to the entire main house and all private backyard amenities (front/back). 4-car tandem parking in attached driveway. Have full use of your own washer and dryer.
Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. Make sure you do not block the sidewalk. Best way to get around is by car/uber/lyft. Several walkable restaurants, corner stores, and a paleteria.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating entirely at your own risk. You are aware of the associated hot tub risks which may include but are not limited to drowning, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, skin/ear/bladder/lung or other infections, chemical burns or irritations, physical/psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, disability, economic or emotional loss, paralysis or death. You understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from negligence and nonetheless, you assume all related risks, both known and unknown to you, of your participation in this activity.
Some of the known risks and precautions are noted below and you have read and understand these:
• There is no lifeguard on duty
• Please DO NOT USE HOT TUB IF you are pregnant, under 12 years of age and/or suffer from heart disease.
• If you are taking medication of any kind, or being treated for diabetes, low or high blood pressure, strokes, epilepsy, weakened immune system or other conditions, or are a frail elderly person, consult your physician prior to use of the hot tub.
• It is advised to limit your soak in the hot tub to no more than 15 minutes at a time. If you overheat and faint, you can drown.
• Shower when you get out, to rinse off the hot tub chemicals.
• Keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water to avoid overheating. Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell.
• Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub.
• Check the temperature. Do not get in if over 104 ̊.
• DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL or USE DRUGS before or during hot tub use.
• Please KEEP the hot tub CLEAN and CLEAR: Shower before you get in to get off most particles, oils, cosmetics and hair and skin products. No shoes, street clothes, pets or glass containers in or around the hot tub. Do not eat, or drink, or use soap and shampoo while INSIDE the hot tub. Do not urinate or spit into tub. And please, no “adult activity” while inside the hot tub.
• Don’t get in tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea.
• Chlorine is bleach, and it can cause hair pigment to lighten. Color treated hair may fade, change color or become brittle or less shiny.
• Close the lid when you are finished.
• Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover – it will collapse into the hot tub.
• Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall.
Fire Pit Rules:
• You must be 18 years or older to use the firepit
• DO NOT leave fire unattended
• Put the fire out completely before retiring
• DO NOT COOK on the fire pit
• Only burn on treated campfire wood (provided)
• DO NOT light firepit under windy condition
