Quiet normal enjoyment only - Noise levels strictly enforced & monitored to be respectful of our neighbours. Groups breaking noise rules can have their booking cancelled, fined/loose your bond.
We are best suited for guests wanting a relaxing holiday, family groups, business groups etc

We sleep 10-16 comfortably and all beds can be either king beds or single beds. We have cots also and 5-7 bedrooms if needed.

At night the bay will have a necklace of lights to admire and often on New Years Eve fireworks are visible even from Melbourne's CBD which can be seen clearly also from the home. Unlike other homes in the area where their view is in the distance and the water appears as a blue blurb out their window and binoculars are needed to see the boats, at "Deja View Mount Martha" you have the best of both worlds - a magnificent home and a grand view so close you will feel like you are on the top deck of a 5 star cruise ship! We are situated in such close proximity to the water and at three levels high, you will enjoy your stay all day and night as it allows you have a true coastal experience along with incredible views and tranquility. It is not only a spectacular home, but it's the view that sets us apart from the others. It is rare to find a view like this locally where all three levels, including while sitting in the gorgeous aqua blue heated swiming pool , has unobstructed water views! The top floor opens up to the balcony, with French Oak floors and a BBQ area allowing you to feel like you are on the water but still inside your own home. Incredible!
You will also feel like you are part of the sea life as you will be able to hear boats, smell the water and see the dolphins/whales like some of our lucky guests have beamed! You can even wave to the helicopter pilot as he flys past at eye level when in the area.
