Welcome to Heritage Harbor House, Residence 1. The greatest amenity is the location, very honestly the best in Door County. The second is the view. Being on the second floor means you have spectacular unobstructed views of the harbor for miles. Imagine sitting around the Great Room/Kitchen’s gathering spot, a 10 foot kitchen counter island with your friends or family sipping coffee after breakfast in a conversation about memories or planning your Door County day all while looking at your magical view of Ephraim’s harbor from the oversized windows in this second floor home. A perfect spot for lazy breakfasts, easy going days and nights full of conversation and family time overlooking the sparkling water.
Once you have had some fun getting-together at the kitchen island you walk a few steps to the Great Room with vaulted ceilings, the fireplace, a flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for your family to relax and enjoy the lovely harbor beyond. When you are not looking at the view you can look at the gas fireplace centered on the spectacular shiplap wall. Overall a very unique, light and bright layout.
You can see the private dock suitable for up to a 21 foot boat from your second floor home. Swimming, pontoon boats, paddle boating, para sailing, kayaking, sailing cruises, and jet skis are all just steps from the dock to rent.
The residence has two bedrooms and a study alcove. One of the bedrooms has an envious view of the water from the queen bed and private bathroom with a tiled shower. The second bedroom views the wooded bluffs with a king bed and a large private bathroom and tiled shower. The study alcove has a desk and two folding beds that can be used comfortably in the alcove or easily elsewhere in the home. Next to the study is a convenient half bath.
