Summary: This condo in the Black Bear complex is very well located for skiing,,,,but has not been updated in many years.So, expect convenience and cleanliness, but not super modern amenities (old kitchen, tub, showers, washer/dryer, coffee maker...etc.).Also, with the heightened fire station in front it does not get much natural light.All that aside, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped in terms of pots, pans, and table ware. Having a parking spot is great, and the lifts really are 2 minutes from your door.
