Welcome to "Terminal K", a luxury tiny house situated on Lake Wylie. Located only 2 miles from the Charlotte Douglas Airport and 8 miles from downtown, Terminal K has everything you need for a luxury getaway. This beautiful, ultra modern 1 bed/1 bath comes loaded with a gourmet kitchen filled with top of the line gas appliances; an exotic bathroom with rain shower, bidet, and freestanding tub, complete with a TV for your bath-time viewing pleasure; a bedroom composed of a Tempur-Pedic queen bed with large closet +vanity area. House also includes front loading laundry and high speed internet. Outside you will find a deck with rocking chairs, plus a large covered dock on the water with beautiful views of the sunset. Situated on 1.6 acres of land with plenty of parking and 250 ft of waterfront. Lake Wylie has great fishing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, restaurants, gas stations, and a party sandbar. Lake rentals available by request inc. pontoon, kayaks, paddle boards.
