Villa Tara is a beautiful modern villa, set on a hillside in Atlanterra, yet only a short walk down to the 12 km of white sandy beaches of Zahara. The public access stairs lead directly to the gates of the villa, giving pedestrian access to the beach without having to walk along the roads. The villa is fully equipped to the highest standards, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and reception rooms. Spread across four floors the house gives a sense of flowing spacious reception areas bathed in natural light. There are magnificent views out to the ocean from almost every room, and the extensive terraces, including a dramatic covered terrace set into the living rock, ideal for al fresco dining. While the layout provides atmospheric and spacious areas for socialising, our guests can also find privacy and quiet spots to relax, whether in sun or in shade. The large infinity pool area also enjoys panoramic ocean views, and dramatic sunsets. There are 5 spacious double bedrooms to sleep up to 12 guests, 4 modern bathrooms (3 ensuite) with Porcelanosa equipment, and 1 guest loo. There is also an excellent double sofa bed in the large movie room. It also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, well specified with two large fridges. In the garden, among fruit trees, there is a petanque piste. Enjoy a game with a cold drink, watching the sun set over the ocean. Audio visual equipment specified to latest standards, with WIFI and high speed internet throughout, speakers in the main reception áreas and on the covered terrace, satellite TV with international channels, and two reception rooms with large wall mounted flat screen TVs for viewing and gaming. Beautiful rock surrounded large covered terrace, furnished for both dining and lounging. Access to the newly renovated infinity pool area. Second floor: Guest loo. Large living and dining room, and TV área. Panoramic ocean view terrace. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with terrace. Third floor: Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and two large terraces with incredible views. Air conditioning and free WIFI in all rooms.
