The main cottage features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a large family and dining room with large windows overlooking beautiful Twelve Mile Lake, kitchen and laundry facilities. Play on our awesome shallow entry sandy beach perfect for young kids. Use the dock for your boat (Marina is only minutes away) and explore this desirable 3 lake chain. Great lake for fishing in the summer or ice-fishing in the winter. Snowmobile right from the property.
Enjoy the expansive wrap-around deck with multiple sitting areas - dine or chill and just enjoy the view of the lake. The generous green space around the house is perfect for badminton, or simple enjoyment. Cosy up by the fireplace and watch a movie on the large flat screen Roku tv.
Water toys include: 2 stand up paddle boards, a kayak, 3 inner tubes and a large "waterlilly". There is an assortment of lifejackets here for your use.
Mattress covers, sheets, duvet/duvet covers and pillows/pillow cases are provided. As well as face towels, T towels and bathmats. Please bring your own bath / beach towels.
In the winter you can skate on the lake, or zip across on your sled to join up with the OFSC trails. Twin Lakes X-Country ski trails are just down the road. Downhill ski at Sir Sam's, a short 15 minute drive.
