The one-bedroom apartment includes a living room with an equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub or shower. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, kitchenette equipped with dishes and cutlery, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine with capsules(usable only those sold in reception), hair dryer, equipped patio or balcony.
Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, bed and bath linens, 1 supply of kitchen linens, Wi-Fi, use of swimming pool (open from 01.05.25 and with the following hours: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm), use of self-service laundry area, unattended parking, apartment tidying up only for stays of at least 7 nights and multiples (kitchenette excluded, should you wish to include it there is an extra charge of €30.00) with change of bed and bath linens.
The reception office is open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the facility, for issue of KEY BOX code for key collection. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50.00 may be charged.
Upon your arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
STAY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Arzachena. The amount varies depending on the period.
Four-legged friends (max 25 kg) are allowed in our facility, but will not have access to the common areas. There is an extra charge of € 50.00 for their stay.
Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
