Welcome to the Two Palms Retreat! Bring the whole family including the dog to our SGI home with amazing bay views! -Enjoy the serenity of our cozy, 1700 sq ft home located right on the Apalachicola bay and short walk to white sand beach! -Home features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and all necessary cookware, bakeware, and grilling supplies to cook great family dinners. Large dining table accommodates big groups along with bar counter seating. -Our home has three levels of screened-in lanais with fabulous views, especially of sunsets over the bay. Also be on the lookout for bald eagles who have their nest in our bay area! -Fish cleaning area and sink are located on ground level. Hammock and rocking chairs are located on second level lanai. The third level has a gas grill, comfortable couch, and outdoor slate dining set to enjoy dinner while watching breathtaking sunsets. Front porch also has adirondack chairs to bathe in the morning sun with your coffee or while reading a book. -Two sets of french doors on both sides of living space can completely open up home to outdoor patios for wonderful cross breezes. -Bikes, board games, books, cable TV and movies are available, and of course our home is just a short walk to the powdery white sand beach. Beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards are provided for your convenience. -SGI bike and walking path on Gulf Beach Drive is nearby for your use. A quick two-block walk leads you to the public beach access so you can put your toes in the sand and enjoy the waves! Another great feature of our home is the outdoor shower that feels very refreshing after spending a day at the beach. -Master bedroom suite with Queen bed and master bathroom. -Second bedroom upstairs with Queen bed. -Bedroom with Full-Sized bed and Twin Trundle. -Bedroom with Full-Sized Bed and Twin Bunk Bed.
