Two complete houses, walking distance to bus stops, shopping, restaurants, and bars. 10 mins to beaches, 15 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to the airport and in a delightful and quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything you’ll need. Perfect for two families, or one really large one. They can sleep up to 13 people!

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We may allow up to 2 pets at a time but there will be an extra fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds only due to insurance purposes. But we do love them. 50 lbs max and no breeds with excessive hair. (There is an additional cost and this covers basic additional cleaning for pets any extra cleaning or repair would be in addition.)
There are live, sound and motion activated cameras on the exterior premises. Those are to be expected on all entrances and are only on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside the dwelling. This is for the safety of our guest, our home and ourselves.
