Positive: The furnishings are divine, so well thought out. The kitchen knives were brilliant and the patio was nice and secluded. Great to have secure underground parking. Great to have trolleys downstairs to bring bags and groceries up to the apartment easily.
Negative: The duvet in the second bedroom was full of pink stains, which is a bit off-putting. The garage and whole premise smells like urine - possibly a sewerage issue? The power box went off every so often, making a huge noise - woke us up on many an occasion. There needs to be more fans put into the place... the one fan was not nearly enough, and there is no air circulation in the flat. The freezer doesn't seal, so we couldn't properly freeze anything and often woke up to melted ice and a frosted freezer. It stated braai facilities - clearly misunderstood that it's a general braai area and not private. With many people having allergies, it would be a good idea to get synthetic, hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets.
