Kerjeffredic consists of two properties, L’écurie (sleeps 6) and Chez Moseby, (sleeps 2) set in magnificent and beautifully maintained grounds. The tiny hamlet of Kerjeffredic is in the heart of rural Brittany and near to the medieval chateau town Josselin.
The gite and the cottage are booked together. They make a perfect setting for extended family/friends gathering whilst offering plenty of personal space in this beautiful setting.
4000 sqm of open space including extensive grounds and woodland.
Inside L’écurie on the ground floor is an open plan living area. This consists of a fully fitted kitchen with large oven, dishwasher, washing machine plus a lounge/dining area with plenty of seating for both dining and relaxing.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and also a separate toilet.
There are three double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom. A full size cot is provided.
The main patio doors lead into the garden and the side patio doors open onto the terrace with the pool and barbecue area. The heated pool is available from June to September. Pool dimensions: 6m x 3.5m and depth 1m.
There is an outdoor table and plenty of sun loungers.
The large outside space with several wooded areas is perfect for youngsters to run, play and explore.
Chez Moseby is a one bedroom cottage opposite L’écurie.
The cottage has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Inside the cottage on the ground floor is an open plan kitchen/diner/living area. There is also a fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle and toilet.
A washing machine is located in the outhouse next door to the cottage.
TV with English channels is available and Wi-Fi access
The property is suitable for maximum two adults and a baby. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed. A cot is available.
Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool towels.
The cottage is not accessible for wheelchairs and not suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
