Sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom with twin beds. ‘Two Fat Ladies' has been a much loved holiday bungalow for several years and now the owners wish to share their holiday home with other couples looking to escape to Norfolk.. Heacham has a selection of small shops, supermarket, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach and most only a short walk away. The nearest beach is about a 20 minute walk although there is a car park. Very comfortably furnished and equipped we are sure that ‘Two Fat Ladies' will become a very popular place to stay with our guests all year round. Being along the coast only a few miles from the busy Victorian resort of Hunstanton, Heacham is becoming a firm favourite for those who do not wish to be caught up on the busy seaside town as it offers a more peaceful location. The bungalow offers very comfortable accommodation for two with sun room at the rear and a small but lovely enclosed garden (three steps down) which benefits from all day sunshine. A back gate and path lead to a private car park with allocated parking for one car. A portable ramp is available for the front door. WI-FI Sleeping 2 comprising, entrance (8 ins threshold) into small cloaks lobby; lounge and door to kitchen breakfast room (table can move into lounge if preferred). Fitted kitchen with door (one step down) to sun room having Freeview TV. One bedroom with twins which can be pushed together. ( single duvets only supplied ) Bathroom with shower over, WC and washbasin. Garden; small lawned area totally enclosed. Parking; 1 allocated parking space at the rear parking area. A £100 refundable breakage deposit payable with the balance. £30 additional charge for dog. £25 Booking Fee. There are some some beautiful country walks in the area especially around Sandringham Estate and Gardens. Having several small shops, pubs with restaurants, the village has a lot to offer. Park Farm at Snettisham is a five minute drive away with its deer park, farm animals, tractor tours, tearooms, play area and shop selling food from the region. Snettisham Beach and sailing club is just a few minutes by car with a car park and is popular for water sports. The RSPB bird reserve is also a few minutes drive at Snettisham on the way to the beach and has featured many times on television with its abundance of migrating and resident birds. Heacham is only 2 miles from the coast at Hunstanton, 5 miles from the Royal Estate of Sandringham and the historical port of Kings Lynn is 13 miles. Avid birdwatchers have the choice of Reserves at Titchwell at 6 miles and Snettisham. Golf Links at Old Hunstanton and Brancaster are a few minutes drive and Heacham has Norfolk Lavender just a few minutes away with childrens' pay area (Farmer Fred's), restaurant and gift shops. A regular bus service runs through the village (with bus stop almost outside the bungalow) from Hunstanton to Kings Lynn where there is also a good rail link.
