Two Docks on Riverside is ready and waiting for your friends and family to come stay and enjoy Lake LBJ. Upon entry of this beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated home you will find this is a great place to relax, take a deep breath and enjoy the calm that comes with being at the lake. This home has great views, a great deck and is very spacious for a two-bedroom home, plenty of room for people to spread out and not be on top of each other. There is a boat lift for a V-hull boat and one jet ski ramps available for use.
The living area boasts a large brick fireplace offset by two large comfortable chairs and a large sectional as well as a 65" smart tv. The living room offers plenty of natural light through windows on both sides of the room and capped off by a view of the lake and out to the patio through a wall of glass windows and sliding glass doors.
The patio offers outside an outdoor dining area with seating for six. A perfect place to enjoy a meal while enjoying views of the lake and the serenity of the quiet neighborhood where this his is located.
The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a dining table for six, and a long bar area with four stools for keeping the cooks company. The kitchen is large and spacious offering plenty of room to cook and prepare meals for your lake crew. The kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking essentials you may need.
The master bedroom is huge and has a king size bed as well as twin over full bunk beds and has an attached bathroom with shower that is also all newly renovated. The second bedroom is across the hall and has another twin over full bunk bed as well as a queen size bed with the second bathroom in the hall right next to the second bedroom.
As you make your way down to the water on the walking path you will pass a gas grill and then find the namesake, two docks. There is one drive up jet ski slips available for your use on either side of the docks. The main dock is two levels, the lower level offers a table and chairs with fans overhead to get out of the sun and cool off. The upper level is also partially covered, and offers fans, a table and chairs with seating for four as well as three lounge chairs to lay and sun in. The only boat lift available is the smaller lift. Up to 22' and 3,500lbs boat. The large boat lift is not available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 10 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
