This incredible 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury home is designed to accommodate groups of up to 10 in style and comfort … and with two gorgeous king-bed suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two families to share! You’ll love the mountain vistas of the Blue River Valley stretching from Mount Baldy to Red Mountain and beyond, as well as the quiet and seclusion, while only being a10-minute drive to Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. And in the summer, you’ll enjoy superb access to nearby hiking and biking trails, including Mohawk Lakes, Continental Falls, and numerous other scenic hikes.
The living area is spacious and inviting, feature soaring vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, a huge Smart TV, upscale furniture, and those floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open completely to let the outside in. Step out onto the immense deck and enjoy the gas firepit, couch and lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. There’s also a full entertainment room downstairs with another huge Smart TV and gas fireplace, as well as a wet bar. The lower-level patio is where you’ll find the hot tub and again, those views!
