The main cottage has 3 bedrooms. 2 on the main floor, and one is located via stairway access outside the house for privacy. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a pull out single bed. The 3rd bedroom is best described as a bunkie. It has an ensuite toilet and sink. This is a very big room with a King and a double futon. Located in the entry to this cottage is a washer and dryer, plenty of room to hang your clothes, towels, etc., and keep your shoes and sandals!!! The kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect summer meal! Sit at the bar and enjoy a latte from the espresso machine or dine in at the table which can comfortably fit 8 adults. In the living room area and you will find a huge tv to enjoy the many satellite tv channels or sit in the living area listening to music and surf the web via the high speed internet provided! Sit and look out at the beautiful landscaped property and birds on the lake from the two huge glass windows whilst playing one of the many board or card games available for use. Outside and you will find a clean sandbox for the kids located in the shade. Go out onto the dock and sit and relax with a coffee. There is also a swing set and slide. We also provide numerous toys to keep the little ones entertained! Bring some chocolate and marshmallows and sit by the fire pit and enjoy smores! The second cottage is 300 feet away and has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom in this cottage has a queen sized bed. In the closet there is a washer and dryer for your use. The second bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and also comes with a Tassimo machine. Dine in at the dining table in this cottage. It seats 4. The bathroom has a modern shower spa, toilet, and sink. The living room has a sofa, a couple chairs, satellite tv, high speed internet, and breathtaking views. There is a paddleboat, canoe, bbq, and lifejackets for your use. The cottages are located just off Highway 117 with easy access year round. Located in between the cities of Baysville and Dorset there is so much to do. It is situated on just over an acre of land with over 130 feet of private waterfront. Located on the beautiful and quiet Longline Lake, you will find the beach is shallow entry, with a sandy bottom, which is great for the kids. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. Check in will be after 5pm and check out by 10am
