Designed by a Grand Designs architect, it was built in 2013 to a high specification. To take full advantage of the sea views, the house provides upside-down living, with the kitchen, dining area and living area (with wood-burning stove) all upstairs in a double-height open-plan room, leading to a south/sea-facing balcony. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower-rooms and has a Maximum Occupancy of 6 adults and 4 children. The property includes a self-contained studio comprising 1 of the bedrooms and shower-rooms, plus living area and kitchenette. The house is ideal for families and includes a secure, child-friendly garden, laid to lawn. The house is situated on a private road and has off-street parking for 4 cars. It's a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of East Wittering, a 15 minute drive to Chichester and a 30 minute drive to the horse racing and classic car delights of Goodwood. A small, well-behaved and fully house-trained dog is allowed for an additional charge of £75 per week. The house is finished to a high standard and we'd like to keep it looking lovely, so no groups please!
