Positive: The hotel was nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean, warm, beds comfortable. We ate in the bar both nights of our stay, food was delicious,great selection,very well priced, children's menus had a good choice. The bar was colder than the rest of the hotel. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. We used the pool, nice facility,the pool area needs work but they are currently doing renovations on it. There is a swimming pool, kids pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, towels available at reception for hotel guests. There is also a soft play area but we didn't go to it. Lovely location, beside a lovely river, nice grounds. Lovely playground close-by and short drive into Ballina town.
