Welcome to this beautiful 5 bed/4 bath pool home, featuring a large private pool, games room and a great location 8 miles to Disney World Resort! Located on the gated Tuscan Hills community with tennis, volleyball, gym and a clubhouse, this home is ideally located for a variety of restaurants and shops on the US Highway 27! Please read the full description, house rules and Local/State Rules you are agreeing to when sending a request to book.
The home also has complimentary access to the fantastic clubhouse amenities on Tuscan Hills, including tennis court, volleyball, clubhouse with gym, games room and kids' play area.

POOL HEATING: $30 per day (minimum 3 days)
GRILL: $95 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door. No loose items in trash receptacle or open bags permitted.
