Positive: Loved the location, location, location! This has been our best rental as far as proximity to the ocean.
Negative: The dryer is still not working; there was some minor repairs that we reported and hopefully will get fixed prior to the next guests stay. There are many areas of mold - however we understand the location is right on the ocean, but a deep cleaning would go a long way. The AC did not keep up with the HOT temps we had during our stay!
Summary: Not a 5-star rating as far as the facilities, but definitely a 5-star rating on location!
