This stunning unit offers over 2400 square feet of living space, featuring an open floor plan and beautiful glass windows spanning from the floor all the way up to the sprawling 10 foot ceilings. The living area is teeming with natural light and feels as though the beach is cascading right into the unit! Adorned with a soft and soothing color palette and contemporary décor, this professionally decorated unit features an oversized L-shaped sectional sofa, 4 plush chairs and an enormous wall-mounted HD television!
The kitchen is sure to impress even the most seasoned chef, offering granite countertops, a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances from top brands including KitchenAid, Wolf and Sub-Zero, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and so much more! The dining area affords seating for 6 and a wet bar with separate ice maker and wine chiller-perfect for mixing your favorite cocktail and entertaining guests!
You’ll feel like royalty when you step into the master suite, which hosts a king bed with luxurious bedding and linens, a seating area with a table and two chairs, and an LCD television and beachfront balcony access. The attached glamour bath features a massive jetted tub, separate glass and tiled shower, his-and-her vanities and even a wall-mounted flat screen! The second and third bedrooms also offer a king bed and LCD television, and every bedroom hosts premium mattresses. The sectional sofa in the living area can be converted into a queen sleeper sofa, and there are sleeper sofas in the master and 2nd bedroom as well, affording sleeping accommodations for up to 12 throughout! There are two full private baths attached to the additional bedrooms, plus a half-bath for guests.
In addition to indoor living space, an expansive 400 square foot balcony offers panoramic views of Orange Beach’s picturesque seashore.
