Positive: The location was perfect! As a nurse, the Turning Leaf Townhomes afforded me not only a warm and welcoming tay, but the reservation was extended, then I asked to extend again and was notified that I had been switched to another type of stay, with checkout date of 6/1---but as I anxiously await the receipt of my Idaho nursing license, the ability to stay and to not enter in to a lease for an apartment or townhome--So totally ideal!
Negative: Each grouping of townhomes has a laundry room. I went one evening, discovered black water and stopped laundry cycle. I returned the next morning to find the yucky water in the washing machine still there. The code to that laundry room worked on the other laundry rooms, so I was still able to wash and dry my clothes.
Summary: I have been so very grateful for the owner's support and flexibility with my needs.
