Positive: The apartment was very clean. Had some beautiful furniture, very aesthetically pleasing. I loved the parking, it was underground, very safe. You also get two parking spaces which is nice since it makes parking super easy.
Negative: Personally I do not think that more than two people can stay in this place if you are planning to cook yourself. The kitchen island only had two chairs next to it, which meant only two people could sit down and eat and the third one of us had to stand while eating. Also only two chairs on the balcony which means also there can only sit two people. The couch in the living room is very nice, BUT it is not meant for sleeping. Personally I did not find it comfortable, and if you move in your sleep and roll to one side, the couch starts to slip and you fall out of it.
