For those cold winter nights there's a free standing wood fire in the living room, along with reverse cycle heat pump. There's ample off street parking for cars, boats & bikes.
The home is just 5 minutes away from the Stieglitz boat ramp; 5km from the St.Helens Mountain bike trails at Flagstaff Road & 6.5km from the centre of St. Helens town. Binalong Bay is 18km away & the Bay of Fires is only 25km away from the home.
