A short walk to beautiful South Beach and a quick bike ride to downtown Edgartown, it offers you complete privacy with all opportunities the island has to offer close by: beach life, nature walks, running, biking, shopping, restaurants, boating, plane rides and so much more.
After all this you can swim and relax in our 18 x 40 heated in ground salt water swimming pool.
There is also a large fire pit in the yard and a gas grill for BBQ. 7 Bikes are available to explore the island. Also, you may enjoy paddling with our canoe on a pond nearby.
Enjoy the ocean breeze from the extensive deck with its inviting outdoor dining area. The 2nd floor is filled with light and with its large dining and living area perfect for entertaining.
