Private yet easily accessible, located on a beautiful section of the Muskoka River. 15 min to Bracebridge, 20 to Huntsville, or 10 to Port Sydney. 2500 sq ft, two levels, 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and accommodates 10. main floor has cathedral ceilings, large windows with breathtaking views, wood fireplace, large kitchen island, dining table, stainless steal appliances, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 patio door walkouts to upper deck, and living room area with tv and plenty of living space. master bedroom with king size log bed, patio door walkout overlooking the river, separate dressing room, TV/DVD player and ensuite bath. The second bedroom on this level has a double bed and a tv with DVD player. This main floor also has a three piece washroom. Lower level area with two walkouts, a large custom bar, living room area with tv, a propane fireplace, dart board, air hockey table, game table and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and private patio door. There is another bedroom off of this bedroom with 3 single beds (convenient for kids). There is a private third bedroom with queen size bed. large upper deck wraps around the main level with outdoor seating and BBQ. Ground level deck cantilevers over the rivers edge with glass panels for an unobstructed views. comfortable swimming, lots of privacy and long meandering canoe trips. Only a short 5-10 min canoe/kayak ride up the river is the Balsam Chutes featuring beautiful, private and picturesque sand bar in the centre of a large open area of water overlooking the Chutes (see pics). A perfect spot to spend hours swimming, fishing or hanging out on the sandy beach which offers a shallow walkout entry.
